We take due care of every right that the law of the land grants to historically affected communities of minorities such as SC/ST. At any moment of injustice to their self-respecting way of life, 0the SC/ST Committee will give the students and staff strong institutional support.

Grievance Redressal Committee
A Grievance Redressal Committee comprising experienced faculty members from various departments is constituted for every academic year to serve the purpose of all the faculty, staff, and students.

Women Protection Cell
The Principal of Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology constitutes the Women Protection Cell internal compliance committee comprising the principal and top faculty of the institution for each academic year to look into the well-being of female employees and students of the college.

Anti-Ragging Committee
As per the law, ragging is a crime and is a strictly punishable offence. SNIST takes comprehensive care towards preventing this baneful behaviour to take root on the campus. At every level of the administrative and academic mode of work, we actively prevent ragging by creating an environment of friendship and togetherness.

Ombudsman
As a liaison between the institute and JNTU, the Ombudsman plays a crucial role in keeping the institute updated about the latest developments and orders from the University. JNTU appointed Mr. Jagannath Jetty as the Ombudsman for SNIST and his contribution to establishing a rapport with the University has been commendable.
