The Career and Development Center is actively involved in sharpening the students’ skills in the latest technologies, effective communication processes, and corporate etiquette. Our extensive training activities include:

Conducting special workshops, seminars, and guest lectures by subject experts in the industry on the latest trends in various technologies.

Conducting aptitude, logical reasoning, and psychometric assessments in collaboration with companies like CoCubes, AMCAT, etc., for better placement opportunities.

Sponsoring students to participate in various academic and cultural competitions for enhancing their co-curricular and extracurricular skills.

Encouraging students to create clubs for different academic, co-curricular, and extra-curricular activities, including sports, for laying a foundation for the 360-degree development of students.

Inviting HR personnel from corporate firms to interact with our students and provide insights on the current industry skill requirements.

Counseling, coaching, and mentoring students from rural backgrounds in order to enhance their communication and interpersonal skills to match up their skillsets with the urban students.

Providing personality development classes, soft-skills training, and career guidance in coordination with industry experts for all students irrespective of their specialization.

Conducting company-specific training programs, personalised counseling, mock interviews, and Internships for students to secure their dream job in placements.
The Career Development Center is actively involved in introducing new initiatives to help students understand the current requirements of corporate companies.
The Career and Development Center is actively involved in conducting training programmes and activities to help students in improving their skills and achieve their dream job.
We have organised integrated CRT programmes for all the branches every Friday & Saturday in helping the students enhance their communication and aptitude skills.
We have organised smart interviews for 214 students on coding technologies from all the branches to help them pass technical interviews.
We have hired an external agency to train students from all branches, who have been eventually placed in Cognizant & TCS.
