ICT & E-Learning Facilities Overview
SNIST adopts digital learning through ICT and E Learning Facilities as a part of teaching and learning process to enhance the learning experience of the students. The college has an exclusive partnerships with SAP, CCNA to help students get hands on experience on the real time work environment. The college also integrated SAP FIORI, a student information system to inculcate the digital learning practice. Our state of the art e – learning in house production studio helps faculty members to develop the additional e-content material for students.
E Learning Production Studio
The E-learning studio is equipped with next generation network servers, work stations, computers and other devices. Further, the display devices and the relevant peripherals carry an ultra modern design. Riding on the backbone of a dedicated optical fibre that caters uninterrupted internet connectivity, the studio has been sufficiently powered to audio, video, multimedia and live streaming sessions.
SAP Development Centre
Sreenidhi Educational Group, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Department works to incorporate high-end technologies while engaging students, teaching and non-teaching staff. Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology (SNIST), is one of the few educational institutes in India to use SAP S/4 HANA as their ERP backbone.
Cisco Networking Academy
Cisco Networking Academy was established at SNIST in 2018, through which more than 700 students have been enrolled and trained in various CCNA courses. CISCO Networking Academy The courses emphasize concepts and skills required to design networks, while providing opportunities for practical application and hands-on experience by teaching students how to install, operate, and maintain networks. The enrolled students can access course materials, quizzes, online assignments, assessments, in addition to Cisco Packet Tracer Hands-on practice to enhance their knowledge and secure placements in the field of Data Communication and Networking.
Microchip Academy
The SNIST-Microchip Academy offers a training module that prepares students to gain the right knowledge and skills essential to solve technical problems and get the product into the market quickly. We offer classroom and practical training to students to prepare them to be industry-ready. The academy also facilitates access to online courses, live classroom sessions and conferences directly from Microchip Technology. The enrolled students get free access to resources from Microchip training. They can explore C-programming on Arduino and PIC Boards. Students also get a chance to develop loT applications utilizing Arduino and PIC Boards.
AWS Academy
The SNIST-AWS Academy offers skills required to manage, develop, and maintain various web applications and to explore Al and Data Science solutions through web-based framework. With the recent increase in the adoption of Cloud technology, the demand for value-added and certification programs in this academy are constantly changing. We offer technical training across various levels of the courses through hands-on labs, guided and challenging assignments. This academy also offers 50% discount vouchers for writing global exams for various levels of certification. The enrolled students get unlimited access to resources from AWS training and hands-on lab sessions. Students can explore Networking, Identity and Access Management and Auto-Scaling of Servers. They acquire skills to develop highly scalable, highly available end-to-end systems and applications.
Blue Prism Academy
The SNIST-Blue Prism Academy offers RPA (Robotic Process Automation) training and covers automated, manual, rule-based, and back-office procedures, to improve accuracy and data security.. The Course enables the student to become a qualified performer in the automation process and also helps students in gaining a better understanding of Robotic Process Automation. The student will get a thorough understanding of the ‘Digital Workforce’ concept and the inherent automation processes including, load balancing, data encryption, end-to-end auditing, scalability, resilience, and data execution across multiple environments. The student will receive a Blue Prism RPA training course completion certificate upon completion of the course, which will serve as a confirmation of competency in their disciplines and also assists the applicants in obtaining the best employment all over the world. The SNIST-Palo Alto Networks Academy offers a training module that prepares students to gain the right knowledge and skills essential to understanding the present-day cyber-threats in order to solve them by understanding the depth of attack and by using proper countermeasures. As cyber-industry needs are constantly changing on a daily basis, we offer classroom/ practical training to the students to prepare them to tackle any cyber-attack with confidence, The academy also facilitates access to online courses, live classroom sessions, and master conferences directly from the Palo Aalto Networks Academy. The SNIST-REDHAT Academy offers the skills required to develop and manage Linux administration processes including, file system and partitioning, logical volumes, SELinux security. firewalling, and troubleshooting.
