AI Hack Day 2025 – A National AI Innovation Sprint
AI Hack Day 2025, hosted on February 22, 2024, at Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology, was a resounding success, marking a monumental day in the journey of AI innovation and collaboration. The event brought together some of the brightest minds in the country to engage, ideate, and build powerful solutions using Artificial Intelligence.
From early morning till evening, the air was electric with energy, ideas, and the spirit of healthy competition. With over 250+ participants and 80+ project submissions, the hackathon truly reflected the passion and potential of young innovators. The event created a platform for students to apply their skills to real-world challenges and explore the vast applications of AI through hands-on learning.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to the leadership and support of our esteemed HoD, faculty, and organizing teams, whose encouragement played a pivotal role in making the event a success. The presence of industry mentors provided invaluable insights into current trends, practical approaches, and future directions of AI. Their guidance not only elevated the quality of projects but also inspired participants to think beyond the hackathon.
The collaborative space fostered during AI Hack Day 2025 sparked new friendships, teams, and visions for the future. As we look back on this incredible experience, we recognize it as not just an event, but a movement—igniting curiosity, creativity, and confidence in the world of Artificial Intelligence.
This is only the beginning. AI Hack Day has proven that with the right minds, tools, and motivation, anything is possible.
Open Session of the Cloud Community Club (C³)
The Cloud Community Club (C³) was officially inaugurated on March 10th, 2025, at Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology, Seminar Hall-2. The session, held from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, marked the beginning of a new chapter—uniting curious minds under one community driven by innovation, learning, and collaboration.
With 150+ attendees, the event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students eager to explore the realms of Open Source, Research, Institution-centric Projects, Deployment, and modern tech. The session opened with an overview of the club’s vision and mission, emphasizing how C³ aims to create a space where students can explore, build, and grow together.
A key highlight of the event was the introduction to Project Schools—a unique initiative within the club to nurture skill-building through hands-on guided projects. Students also got a glimpse of the roadmap ahead, including upcoming activities, collaborative initiatives, and how they could get involved.
An interactive Q&A session followed, allowing attendees to clarify doubts and share ideas, further fueling the community-driven spirit of the club. The session concluded with a renewed sense of purpose, as students left inspired and motivated to be part of something larger than themselves.
The C³ Inaugural & Open Session was not just a ceremonial beginning—it was a call to action for every aspiring technologist in the room. With a strong foundation now laid, the Cloud Community Club is all set to empower students and drive innovation on campus.

Project Schools
Join us to learn about the exciting projects we’ll be working on this semester, meet your project mentors, and form your teams. This is your chance to get involved in real-world tech projects that will enhance your portfolio.
Projects:
1. Virtual Labs: It provides a single platform where students and professionals can access various lab environments, such as Python and Java compilers, simulated hardware interactions, and engineering experiments.
2. AiXOS – AI Integrated Operating System: AiXOS is an advanced AI-integrated operating system where artificial intelligence is embedded directly into the system’s kernel rather than at the application layer.
3. Offline Payment Wallet for Remote Areas: This project aims to develop a decentralized payment system that allows users to send and receive money without requiring an internet connection. The payment transactions are facilitated through alternative communication protocols like Bluetooth, local Wifi, or a direct HTTP-based peer-to-peer (P2P) system.
4. Slim LLMs for Edge Hardware: This project focuses on developing and fine-tuning lightweight Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for edge devices, such as smartwatches, Raspberry Pi, and other low-power digital systems.
5. Distributed Computing Cluster: The Distributed Computing Cluster project aims to build a decentralized supercomputer by linking multiple low-power computers or devices into a single computing network.
