Mrs. Saritha Domnic Xavier has over 13 years’ experience of teaching English in Junior and Degree colleges. It was during her 2-year stint in degree college as an English lecturer she got an opportunity to teach Ability Enhancement Skills like Effective Communication and Personality Development to Post Graduate students that, she developed a strong desire to become an English Language Trainer. When she got an opportunity to be a Trainer, she shifted her focus from being a full-time lecturer to a Language Trainer as well as Assistant Professor. Using Masters in Education to her advantage she finds innovative and creative ways and strategies to teach the four LSRW skills of Language to the students which is the need of the hour for most of the Engineering students. She motivates and encourages students accordingly, understanding their psychology and language needs.
