Kavita Varma Rathod has taken up teaching profession not by ‘chance’ but by ‘choice’. Dedication, commitment and thorough professionalism are the hallmarks of her teaching career. Her rich and vast teaching experience includes 6 years of teaching English to International students of senior secondary level of Republic of Maldives and Sultanate of Oman, worked under the Ministry of Education of both the countries. She is a certified Corporate Trainer and trained all levels of managements of reputed Corporates in English Language skills and Soft Skills. She had a brief stint as a Faculty Trainer and trained High School teachers of various institutions in Hyderabad, before joining SNIST as a Faculty of English. She conducted various training sessions and workshops in Effective Teaching Methods / Methodologies in English Language Teaching and Classroom Engagement. She constantly updates and upgrades her knowledge by attending various online courses, workshops, Faculty development programs and webinars. She adopts innovative teaching techniques and gains respect from both her students and their parents. She is a sports enthusiast and is an active member / office bearer in many associations and clubs of International repute.
