Worked as a scientist in DRDO for 32 years in various capacity. Retired as Outstanding Scientist and Director DRDO. Worked in the design and development of Launch Computers, Flight vehicle Integration and testing, Wide area communication network, system simulation, fault tolerant computing and many other electronics and computing systems. Systems are developed, demonstrated, produced and handed over to user meeting all system requirements. Specialist in the area of Embedded system design, Communication Network, Aerospace vehicle integration and testing. Post retirement , appointment as Distinguished Fellow in DRDO. Worked as Chairman and member of several advisory committees and brought automation in production. Joined Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology in the year of 2018-19 as a professor in the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering . Initiated student satellite program and launched cubesat as part of balloon program. Worked with multiple student projects and internal projects related Internet of Things, Computer vision and Communication network. Published many national and international papers and awarded with multiple DRDO awards including Scientist of The Year 2010. Fellow of Institute of Engineers and Member of Aeronautical Society, Small Satellite Society and IEEE.
