Dr. G. John Siddarth is graduated form Osmania University in B.Sc (MPCs) (2001) and aquired MSc (Physics with Electronics and Communications) degree from Nizam College, OU(2004).He also completed BEd from Kakatia University(2003). He completed PhD degree in 2015 in Materials Science ( in the area of Compound Semiconductor Materials). Published 13 research publications in internatational journals and 01 paper in National Journal and he has given poster and oral presentations in more than 24 National and International Conferences. He has attended sevaral National workshops. He has 18 Years of Teaching Experience (UG and PG level).
