IEEE Communication Society
The IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) promotes the advancement of science, technology and applications in communications and related disciplines. IEEE ComSoc Student Chapter helps students to connect with other engineering students and build the skills you need to transition from the classroom to profession. IEEE student chapter is, Empower and Energize student members to enhance their technical skills by providing them a platform to learn and exhibit their skills.
Sreesat Club
Satellite technology has established as one of the most promising technology of present and future. This technology is able to meet several primary needs with respect to the communication network, area surveillance and imaging etc. which has been helpful to every sector of technology development. Satellite technology has also largely involved student community to acquire experience of multi technology and also study various unexplored areas of space and earth science. Student satellites are mostly referred to ‘ Small Sat ‘. Most of the Global Institutes including Indian Institutes are working in this area.
SNIST is probably the first Institute in Hyderabad to initiate ‘Small Sat’ design, development and launch as its one of the future milestones. The project is named as SREESAT. SREESAT satellite club was inaugurated by Executive Director SNIST in March 2019.

The Electronix Club
The Electronix Club (TEC) is an independent student organization started in 2009 for Student development in their subject apart from academics. Here we teach students about the latest trending technologies and help them in turning their ideas into final projects. With these things a student is able to do their own projects.
In TEC we believe that, learning is a continuous process in one’s life but an individual’s learning should not be constrained with in one’s walls but should be spread and shared. Here in TEC, we sternly believe that we learn, share and in the process we prosper. Ideas come from invidual knowledge and organizations take shape from teams who share ideas.
TEC, started as a club in SNIST, striving for its long term vision of club diversification. This is just a place, where it took shape, but it is a platform for all those freaks of electronics and welcomes u all to get registered with us and start your own club at your college with mutual assistance and cooperation.
The mission of the club is Technical Advancement, we as students, could never satiate with the conventional way of learning and always wanted to support theory with equal emphasis on practical implementation and hence we work for technical advancement. Number of active students in the club are 178
Cisco Networking Academy
Cisco Networking Academy, a global education initiative from Cisco Systems, offers networking programs, like the (Cisco Certified Network Associate) CCNA and (Cisco Certified Network Professional) CCNP courses, which prepare students for the certification exams of the same name, and other computer-related courses.
Cisco Networking Club
The main objective of Cisco Networking Club is to have an interface of communication for the students and to live up to the legacy of Cisco creators that everyone should be proficient in creating a secure network for communication.
Cisco Networking Club-SNIST is to assist students to connect with the Cisco Networking Academy’s online E-learning platform NetAcad and make them prepare for the Cisco Placements Drive.
Students can use real-time scenarios to investigate the world’s most cutting-edge technologies. Students of the Technical generation will have a greater impact on due exposure to numerous newest advancements in technologies like Networking, CCNA, DevNet, Programming, through Cisco Networking Club. Students would have a fair chance to enhance and improve skill sets in real-time for a stronger career.

Start Club
START CLUB which is one of the most eminent technical clubs in our SNIST campus started on 21 st August 2019. With the motto ” Innovation needs intelligence ” , START club , just under 3 years of our establishment left did we no stone unturned to provide excellency in what latest of knowledge we shared.
START entails two of the most approved career options, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, and PLACEMENTS.
START’s ENTREPRENEURSHIP wing mainly focuses on encouraging zealous minds to fish for innovative ideas along with teaching strategies to implement, document and bring these ideas into the market.With the talented board that we have , we seek to develop projects and foster innovation all around us .
START’s PLACEMENTS wing assists the club members in cracking the most critical of the placement interviews . START CLUB aids a student in developing their coding abilities as well as in moulding their holistic personality.The responsibilities of our board does not only include engaging students in coding sessions but also develop the student’s soft skills which is by far the biggest focal point in many interviews .
To use succinct sentences , START CLUB has become a PIVOTAL POINT for ALL ROUND development of our students .Alongside believing “INSPIRE YOURSELF TO BE AN INNOVATION” we shall still seek to emerge as a bigger force to transform our students into LEADERS and INNOVATORS of the tomorrow .
