The IQAC assures the stakeholders-students, faculty, administrative staff, quality circle members, and society in general – of the accountability and transparency in the quality management system of the institution. The IQAC is responsible for ensuring that the institute’s quality assurance policies and procedures are robust and effective in maintaining and monitoring the standards of academic awards and supporting the enhancement of teaching, learning, and research experiences. It will be a facilitative and participative voluntary system/unit/organ of the institution. It can become a vehicle for ushering in quality enhancement by working out planned interventionist strategies by IQAC to remove deficiencies and enhance quality.
