Rules of TSCHE
The Admission into postgraduate programme(M.Tech) for all the specialisations of the study are made as per the rules of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE)
Admissions to the M.Tech two years Post Graduate Degree Programme in Engineering
- 70% seats I.e,. Category- A Seats (based on the rank obtained in state level entrance examination -TSPGECET and GATE) will be filled by the Convener TSPGECET
- 30% seats I.E., Category-B Seats will be filled by the management as per the rules issued by Government and guidelines from time to time issued by the TSCHE

Admission Procedure
Step 01
For selection in the M.Tech program, 50% weightage of M.Tech marks obtained in the weightage of TS GATE will be considered.
Step 02
Candidate has to register for counseling online at the official GATE website. After filling out the application form a fee of INR 500 for the general category and 250 for reserved candidates has to be paid online.
Step 03
Seats are allotted based on the merit list cut-offs released for TS EAMCET by JNTU category wise.
Step 04
For B Category, the student must secure not less than 50% in aggregate or in group subjects (Maths, Physics, and Chemistry) in the 10+2 qualifying examination or as per the govt. norms.
