Jenifer Aster Fernandez graduated in Arts from Osmania University Hyderabad in 1997,completed M.A. in English from Osmania University, Hyderabad in 1999 and M. Phil from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur in 2011. She pursued her PGCTE in 2002 from EFLU, Hyderabad. She cleared SET- TS & AP -2014. She is a certified trainer for ‘I Can Read’, Singapore. Started her career teaching in schools from 1991-1997, and moved on to teach graduates both technical and non-technical students from 2002-2016 for 14 years, Worked as Academic Director for 2 years as a Resource person; trained more than 1000 plus teachers. She has 3 years of research experience. She got extensive training from GENPACT. She believes in the activity -oriented, learner-centered, interactive approach. Her area of interest includes ELT, Soft Skills, Indian English Literature and Commonwealth literature. She joined SNIST on 27 December 2021.She
was appointed as Innovation Ambassador by the Institution’s Innovation Council.
